Day 01 : Arrive
Delhi Fly from your country to New Delhi, you will be
greeted & assisted upon arrival. Transfer to Hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 02 : New & Old
Delhi Breakfast at Hotel and then leave for full day
sightseeing of Old and New Delhi visiting Jamia Masjid, enjoy
rickshaw ride in narrow alleys of old Delhi through Kinari Bazaar
and 400 years old Chandni Chowk, Red Fort, Crematory of Mahatma
Gandhi, Birla Temple, Parliament House, Presidential House, India
Gate, Government buildings & Qutab Minar. Return Hotel for
overnight stay.
Day 03 : New Delhi
- Kalka ( by train Shatabadi express ) - Shimla by toy train After
breakfast at Hotel, transfer to New Delhi railway station to board
fastest train in India Shatabadi express for Kalka in air
conditioned chair car. Arrive & board toy train to Shimla
through the green & beautiful mountains. Arrive Shimla & you
will be transfer to the Hotel. In the evening visit to walk at The
Mall Shimla. Overnight at Hotel in Shimla.
Day
04 : Shimla After breakfast leave for the
sightseeing of Shimla visiting Kufri, Narkanda & enjoy sun set
at Mall Shimla. Overnight at Hotel in Shimla
Day
05 : Shimla - Mcleod Gunj ( 290 Km, 08 hours ) Morning
leave for Dharmshall, arrive & check in at Hotel. Afternoon you
will visit the Buddhist monastery and in front is the official
residence of his hiliness "Dalai Lama".
Day
06 : Mcleod Gunj Morning visit again Buddhist
monastery & afterwards visit Norbilinka Institute founded by his
holiness Dalai Lama. After-then visit ancient Bhagsu Nath temple.
Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day
07 : Dharmshall - Manali 1980 MSL ( by surface 280 km, 07
hours ) Morning leave for Mandi en route beautiful valley of
Kallu & Naggar where you can see old Pagoda style temples &
palace. Arrive & check in at Hotel in Manali which is foot hill
of greater Himalayas. Overnight at Hotel.
Day
08 : Manali. Breakfast at Hotel & drive to
Naggar to visit art gallery of great Russian painter Niclos Ririch.
Afterwards visit Vishisht Hot Water spring & Hadimba Mata
temple. Evening free at Mall Manali. Return to Hotel for overnight
stay.
Day 09 : Manali - Sarchu
4200 MSL ( 240 Km, 08 hours ) Morning leave for Jespa &
you will board four wheel drive Jeep to drive in greater Himalayas &
your first stop will be at Rohtang Pass 3978 MSL, popularly known as
heap of dead bodies. In the former days when people of district
Kullu & Lahul were trying to cross the pass during winter in the
business connection, maximum number of people were loosing their
lives by the snow storm. Continue your drive & reach to Tandi
where two rivers of Himalayas namely Chandra & Bagga have the
confluence with terrific flow of the water. After here this river is
popularly known as Chenab. Continue your drive & reach
Baralacha-La Pass 4800 meters, arrive & check in at camping
accommodation for overnight stay. Afternoon free to enjoy surrounded
high mountsins & here you will stay overnight at the altitude of
4200 meters above sea level.
Day 10
: Sarchu - Leh 3330 MSL ( 375 Km, 11 hours ) Morning
leave for Leh, first of all you will enjoy to reach at LaChungLa
which is on 5000 meters above sea level after then reach to Pang
4950 MSL. After Pang you have to go up 15 Km and you will drive 42
Km on plains surrounded by high peaks & mountains. Here this is
superb to watch 42 km plain land on 5000 meters. After the you have
go up to reach world's second highest motorable pass TANG-LANG-LA on
5378 meters above sea level. Afterwards drive to Leh via beautiful
villages & river Indus. Arrive Leh & check in at Hotel for
overnight stay
Day 11 : Leh Fullday
sightseeing of Thiksey, Shey & Shankar monasteries. Thiksey :
the great monastery of Thiksey towers on a steep rocks at the
periphery of an oasis on the right bank of the Indus. This monastery
belongs to Elugpa order (Yellow sect). The foundation of Thiksey in
the middle of 15th century has been attributed to Palden Chang Whoes
uncle Shasrab Zangpo was a dispel of the reformer guru Tsongkhapa "founder
of the yellow sect". The layout of the monastery complex
resembles the Potala palace in Lhasa. Shey : the Shey palace also
known as Khar Chung was built by Senge Namgyal in the beginning of
the 17th century. It was erected on the ruins of an already existing
castle. Shey monastery belongs to red hat order. Shankar: this
monastery belongs to Gelugpa order (Yellow sect) and was founded by
the last Skushog Bakula as a branch monastery of Spituk during the
turn of the century. Overnight at hotel.
Day
12 : Leh - Shey - Thiksey - Hemis - Leh ( day trip ) Breakfast
at Hotel & drive to Shey, the summer palace of royal family, a
lake in front of it. In front of it Holiness ?Dalai lama has also
his Ladakh residence. A small drive ahead takes you to Thiksey where
you can see the biggest Buddha statue. Finally to the most revered
and richest monastery of Ladakh The Hemis, this monetary is nestled
between two mountains and has many a thing of great importance.
Return back to Hotel for overnight stay

Day 13
: Leh - Ultopoko ( 80 Km, 02 hours ) Breakfast at Hotel
and leave to Ultopoko enroute visit Monestry Rizong, the school
where young lamas are taught Buddism finally arrive at your Uletopko
camp site. For sake of words this is a camp site however, location
of this cam, site and facilities puts this camp in many ways better
than a Hotel. You are surrounded by peaches an apple trees and you
are right on a Hill cliff over the river Indus. Overnight at camp
with all meals.
Day 14 : Uletopko
- Lamayuru - Leh Breakfast & leave to Lamayuru, another
ancient monestry believed to be made by sowing a seed of barley in a
pond. However, your journey to this place allows you to travel over
Jelebi Mods ( serpentine road ) and once you reach at the top a
photograph of the road you traveled up is something you cherish to
posses. In front of the Lamayuru you will believe why the name of
this tour is Moonland. Exactly the same formations of Land is
visible as on the moon. Visit lamayuru monastery and afterwards
drvie back to Leh via Alchi Monestry has murals dating back to 11th
century and is perhaps one of the oldest monestry in Ladakh.
Continue your drive towards Leh and another stop will be Pyang
Monestry and finally at Spituk Monestry. Arrive back at Leh &
check in your Hotel for overnight.
Day
15 : Leh - Delhi ( by flight ) - Jaipur 260 Km, 05 hours
Morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight for New
Delhi, arrive & board your pre-arranged car & drive to
Jaipur. This historic city was founded by Maharaja Swai Jai Singh in
1727 AD after shifting his capital from Amer valley to newly formed
and planned city of its time after consulting so many maps of the
world and finally organized own religious map Shilpa Shastra with
the help of a young Bengali architect Vidyadhar Batacharya. Maharaja
Swai Jai Singh was a builder, astronomer, astrologer, soldier,
philospher. Presently, Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan & is
world famous as the Pink City. Arrive and check in at Hotel
afternoon visit busy markets of old Pink City to watch daily life.
Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day
16 : Jaipur Breakfast, leave Hotel to explore full
day sightseeing of Jaipur visiting Hawa Mahal (palace of winds)
where from royal ladies were watching daily processions and life.
Afterwards visit Amer Fort by elephant ride , that gives you the
experience and impression of how Maharajas & royal family
members were using the services of elephants. After lunch visit City
Palace Museum, Astrological Observatory and local busy markets.
Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day
17 : Jaipur - FatehpurSikri - Agra ( 235 Km, 06 hours ) Morning
leave for Agra enroute one of the most important place of Mughal era
Fatepur founded by Akbar in 1569 AD as a ceremonial capital. But
unfortunately this magnificent city was abandoned due to scarcity of
drinking water and Akbar went back to Agra. Continue your drive to
Agra, arrive and check in at Hotel . After change and wash visit one
of the wonders of the world, Taj Mahal ( monument of love ), founded
by 5th great Mughal Emperor Shahi Jahan in the memory of his beloved
queen Anjuman Bano Begum ( with love emperor called her Mumtaz ).
After her death in 1627 AD, in her memory emperor started to built
Taj Mahal ( Taj means crown & Mahal means Palace, so it is Crown
Palace ) from 1631 to 1653 AD with twenty two thousand labors
working since sun rise to sun set in twenty two years. The marble
was transported from Makrana in Rajasthan by the help of animals.
Return to Hotel for overnight stay.
Day
18 : Agra - Delhi ( 200 Km, 04 hours ) After
breakfast visit Agra Fort, was built by three emperors, Akbar &
Jahangir in red sand stone & Shahi Jahan in white marble. The
Fort is 2.5 Km long and during Mughal rule one third of the Fort was
occupied by the army. When British ruled India, they repeated same
tradition and now traditionally Indian army has occupied the same.
Check out from the Hotel & drive to Delhi via sightseeing at
Sikandra to visit mausoleum of 3rd great Mughal emperor Akbar. After
sightseeing continue your drive to Delhi, arrive & you will be
transfer to Delhi International airport to baord flight back to your
country.
